Do I need to complete the program all in one sitting?
Regardless of the state that you are taking our online driver safety course for, you do not need to finish the program all at once or in the same day. Our program automatically saves your progress as you go, so you are able to stop at any time during the duration of taking traffic school. Simply just close out of our defensive driving course and log back in at a later time or date with your user name and password; you will start right from where you left off!
Can I take the course voluntarily or do I need a traffic violation or point reduction to attend?
You can participate in our driving course at anytime if you are looking to do this solely for your own benefit. We do suggest you take a form of traffic school or driver safety at least once a year voluntarily in order to keep up with new traffic laws and to refresh yourself driving knowledge you may have forgotten. If you have further questions, please contact our office 24/7 by either fax or email.
What can I do if my completion deadline has already passed?
If your due date has already passed, no matter the state, you will want to contact either the court, DMV, DHSMV, MVC, or state that you are dealing with in order to get an extension or to explore any further options you might have. If you still enroll in online traffic school or online defensive driving, and complete the course after your assigned due date, the court/state may not accept your completion.
Will my username and/or password expire at any specific time?
Not at all. You will have access to the driving course at any time, as long as you have not yet completed the course or cancelled your traffic school program. We do suggest, however, that you complete your program by or before your assigned due date.
Can I use someone else’s computer or Internet service?
Of course! This is what makes our programs so accessible! As long as you have Internet service, you can take the driving course from anywhere on any device. Your progress is automatically saved, so you can start on your computer and finish on your lap top in a café if you choose.
